Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Kindly arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, I will do my best to accommodate you, but may not be able to provide the services you originally booked.
